Scope of Services
Focus Frame provides product photography services for small brands, local retailers, and independent makers, including studio production, image selection, editing, and file delivery as agreed for each project. The scope of work is confirmed after review of the products, reference material, and shot list.
Core Terms
Fees are quoted according to product count, views, styling, and the number of retouched files agreed for the project. Payment methods may include bank transfer or payment card, and any booking or production work may be conditioned on receipt of the agreed payment or deposit, where applicable.

Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate product information, approved references, and any usage notes needed for the session. Products must be delivered by scheduled drop-off or confirmed courier delivery, and any sample setup or shot list should be approved before production begins.

Intellectual Property
ClauseUnless otherwise agreed in writing, all photographs, edits, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Focus Frame. The client receives only the image usage rights expressly agreed for the project, and no RAW, rejected, or complete camera files are included by default.

ClauseAll services are provided with reasonable care and professional skill, but results may vary based on the products supplied, the approved brief, and the conditions of the session. Focus Frame does not guarantee an exact recreation of reference images or any transformation beyond the agreed editing scope.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Réunion and the relevant courts or dispute-resolution bodies having jurisdiction there. Any dispute should first be raised in good faith so the parties may attempt to resolve it informally before formal proceedings are started.
